It is a very small download, only about 50k, and very easy to install. It can edit multiple files at a time.

Its a pretty easy install, but here's a short step-x-step if you want to download it and skip the instructions.

<This is tested on COL 2.3>

1) Snag it from the site

2) It is recommended to have Image Magik. If you did a full install of
COL 2.3 you should have it. From the command line do rpm -qa | grep
Image* to see if you do. 

3) Tcl/Tk 8.0 or above is required, also included with COL 2.3. From the
command line do rpm -qa | grep tcl* to make sure you have tcl 8 or
above.

4) untar your august file with the "tar xvfz" command.

5) cd into the newly created august folder. su into root. copy the
"august" executable file /usr/local/bin.

6) exit from root

7) type august from the command line, or create links in your
menu/desktop/panel
